Our old Explore module just featured a broad 'Explore Campaigns' button (image on the left) that didn't receive much attention or clicks. I advocated for a redesign of this outdated module and with support from our UI design team, we came up with a much more clear and inviting alternative. Not only is the new module more aesthetically pleasing, but when we broke out the categories separately, there was a 470% lift in click-through rate. The redesign also allowed us to track the categories that received the most number of clicks, providing us with subscriber interest data, valuable for strategic personalization.
